How We Care
Each client is assigned a Registered Nurse to oversee their needs and create a personalized care plan. Additionally, a Care Manager supports the Caregiver, maintains communication with medical and insurance professionals, advocates when needed, and provides access to community resources. Bilingual services are also available if required.
What is Adult Foster Care
Adult Foster Care (AFC) allows individuals who are unable to live alone due to chronic illness, physical and/or mental disabilities, to stay in their home or the home of a qualified caregiver in order to maximize quality of life. Alternative to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or residential care, caregivers provide support with activities of daily living, in-home supervision, and companionship.

Financial Compensation
Earn up to $1,700 per month tax-free, for the care you offer. This enables friends of family members who require assistance to remain independent and live comfortably at home.
Personal Support System
You will work with a dedicated team, including a nurse and a care manager, to support you in managing the health of the person in your care.
